: The best hospitality and food we had in Italy, and I've been to Italy more than 15 times; all the people from Panicaglia were genuinely kind and super friendly with us. We've been with a 2-year-old, and they made us feel at home. Also, they were super helpful after we left too, as we forgot something at the castle and they took care to send them 200km distance. I will definitely come back!
: Our bathroom was super small and the only one in a 70m apartment. Also, I was thinking we'll get a room with a swing, but I think that's available in only one room.

: We liked the location, beautiful garden, nice room and terrace.
: It felt like being in Holland in Italy. My bfriend was the only Italian guest. Place was not relaxing, as it was full of screaming kids with parents who didnt care or bother. Menu was rather not Italian. Service very slow, we had to ask for everything and one dinner after waiting 40 min for dessert we left. Nobody noticed or apologised. We would not return, it is overpriced escape for Dutch families.

: Great location, excellent staff and comfortable rooms.
: No info on arrival re: breakfast, lunch or dinner times. We also had issues with water pressure and, at times, no water or no hot water. On telling the staff, we were told the low pressure/no water was due to external works - but again, it wouldve been very helpful to be told of this from the outset.
