: During our recent stay at an agriturismo in Italy, we had a generally satisfactory experience with both positive and negative aspects. While there were notable highlights, there were also significant drawbacks that affected our overall impression.On the positive side, the agriturismo featured a large and generally clean pool, which provided a pleasant area for relaxation. Although the loungers and sun umbrellas could have been cleaner, they were still functional. The room itself was charmingly decorated and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked, and the Nespresso machine worked perfectly. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of finding coffee and water already provided in the room.The proximity of the agriturismo to the beautiful and authentic Italian city of Mantua was a major advantage. With fewer foreign tourists, it offered an immersive experience of Italian culture. Moreover, the convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions such as Verona, Lazise, and Sirmione, which was ideal for those planning day trips.However, one significant downside was the presence of numerous pests, which could be quite unpleasant and detracted from our enjoyment. Additionally, the requirement to park the car under a tree was particularly inconvenient. It resulted in constant dirt, bird droppings, insects, and plant debris on the vehicle, which was not a pleasant experience.Furthermore, it is important to note that the agriturismo is located in an industrial area. Without a car, there are no amenities or attractions within walking distance, limiting the overall convenience and options for exploration.In summary, our stay at this agriturismo was a mixed experience. The spacious and generally clean pool, charmingly decorated room with necessary amenities, and the proximity to beautiful Italian cities were notable positives. : What a beautiful farm! The place is so quiet and peaceful. The farm has an amazing garden with beautiful trees, plants and flowers and many areas to have a nice breakfast, lunch or drink. The swimming pool is nice and very clean, it got cleaned twice when we were there. The rooms are spacious, and are nicely decorated and give a unique view over different sides of the farm. Very good WiFi (we also had to work remotely and we could easily have an online meeting) and good airconditioning. They had preventive measures for mosquitos, but we haven't seen one mosquito during our stay. Quite close to Verona, Garda Lake, Mantova and Borghetto sul Mincio. All nice to visit and the owners made good recommendations on where to go/park/have lunch or dinner! Definitely recommend :-).
: Nothing really, the only thing is that you definitely need a car during your stay. (30 mins from Verona & Garda Lake, 20 mins from Mantova). No public transport as far as I could tell. As there is no breakfast included, you also need a car to reach the closest supermarket.

: Above all, wonderful, clean pool with heated water. We truly enjoyed swimming! Garden and surroundings are lovely and good maintend. We really appreciated airconditioning in June - true live saver. Whole mansion and interiors are rustical with medditerranean charm. Staff was friendly. We had a wonderful and peaceful time in Agristurismo Le Colombare. P.S. - It's so much better when you are already there, than it looks on the pictures.
: Bed was uncomfortable, but it rarely is.
