  : pool closed for maintenance the day we arrive and same next day...looks like they don't remove the paper so pool probably closed for season....person at reception were not welcoming at all no explanations you have to ask to locate your room, WiFi password, car parking.....do not forget to ask for your deposit back

  : Nothing. That place is disgusting AF.The help was more rude than anyone I came across at any hotel I have ever stayed at. What a dump.
  : The staff threatens you like you're a prisoner that better follow the long list of additional rules that more expensive hotels do not have. Even though I didn't break any rules, they pretended to refund my deposit, by taking it back from my account the same day that it was put back in my account. Before I booked the jacuzzi room, I called & asked if it was a smoking room. They said yes, until I showed up. They had signs on the 1st & 2nd floor that said if you smoke you will be prosecuted. Both hallways had the strong smell of weed. They had a breakfast room closed off. It was full of broken chairs & assorted trash. Do yourself a favor & don't let these filthy, rude people take advantage of you. If you book with them, they will add on fake charges.
