: The beach was very private when you got to it. Only the guests of Dune Cottages were on the beach. The children loved the area and the beach was clean.
: Location was not on the beach as pictures show. Near the beach, yes, but not close enough to hear the waves when trying to sleep at night. The noise from the people upstairs scared my grandson. He could not sleep because he thought there were monsters upstairs. The noise when people walk is a loud stomping, squeaking sound. The whole condo was much smaller than anticipated. The only view from the condo was the parking lot or the back of the building next door.

: Fair access to beach after crossings path between other property's.
: New fixtures installed poorly. Hot water settings not regulated (it will scold you) for residency use. Housekeeping is a minimum effort with lint trap in the dryer near fire hazard and soot in the bathroom vents. Regular parking very tight and placard parking often used by maintenance trucks. Emergency vehicles passing by every night.

: Toilet was very tight and hard to be comfortable but bathrooms were very clean and in good condition.
