  : The staff were accommodating with replacing things like the broken iron in the room, providing missing remotes, etc.
  : The fact that the staff had to be informed of these issues while I was staying there. There was no sense of preemptive forethought, only panicked reactivity.

  : Nothing. The place was so bad that we found alternate accommodations.
  : Everything could have been better. The owner was very rude and dismissive of customers and services rendered are sub-par. The rooms are dilapidated, with faucet/tub fixtures, baseboards, light switches, and towel/toilet paper racks falling apart. The phone in the room did not work. There is no breakfast provided, and has not been for the six years that I have lived and worked in the area, yet it is still posted on their outdoor sign and all over their website.There was also a riduculously elevated one hundred dollar security deposit required that was posted nowhere on any booking site, nor on their actual website.These conditions are unacceptable, but these hotel owners will continue to treat customers horribly and provide as base and rundown a service as possible as long as we continue to patronize them. Rent American owned. They will overcharge the he!! out of you, but, at least the the services will meet first-world standards.

  : It was clean but very old looking. Needed painting .
  : The springs on the bed were noisy when moving. The bathtub had burn marks all down the side of it. Not that the shower was dirty but looked it. I never used it. The air conditioner was so loud. I never did get hot water out of the sink.

  : Charged me $25 dollars for friend eating breakfast. When the room was booked for 2 adults and the other adult did not eat so don't see why they took $25 from deposit for simply a bowl of ceral

  : Shower spray too fine and low flow. Bed not made up or room cleaned daily. Alarm clock was broken.
