  : Good location, lots of food places within walking distance. Casino with cinema across the street. Lots of parking and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Full size fridge had an ice maker.
  : Going to front desk to buy items from small store or getting coins for laundry, staff was no immediately available. Had to wait and eventually call out for assistance.

  : The smell in the room was really weird. We didn’t know what was that but my dad woke up with multiple bites on his skin. It was probably a bed bug.

  : It looked lovely. I wish we had been able to stay.
  : On our way to the hotel, I received a call from the front desk asking if I was still coming. I was told that they did not have the room with two beds I had reserved, but only had one bed available. I was told I could cancel or take the room with a single bed at a reduced rate. I chose to take the room with a single bed. I was told my original reservation would be cancelled and a new one made for the other room. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked and unable to make a new one. There was no reservation for me at that time. I was turned away from the property, unable to stay, and told I’d be given a full refund. It has now been a couple weeks. I have attempted to contact the hotel via message within the Booking app and by phone, with no success. Twice when I called the hotel, I was told their system was down and I would need to call back at another time. I have also reached out to Booking customer service and have been told they cannot help with a refund until the property confirms that they were not able to provide accommodations. I am very upset with the lack of communication and accountability taken regarding this.

  : I didn't like anything because they took my money and gave my room away. I was forced to go and rent another room.
  : Again nothing I was forced to go somewhere else so my family could have somewhere to go to sleep. And I had 2 rooms and I haven't received a refund yet

  : The hotel canceled our booking after 10 minutes of our check-in time. They told us they were oversold and could only offer us one bedroom at a higher price. So, we choose another place to stay for our trip.

  : Rooms were clean and maintained well, with free parking.
  : The property was overbooked by them and they provided me just one room with one queen bed whereas I had booked one room with 2 queen beds for a group of 5 ppl. They asked me to pay extra for giving me another room whereas they should have done it for free.
