  : The location of was superior! Close to everything within range of stores as well as. Big enough for my family with room for a toddlers. Clean and kitchen was stocked.
  : There was NO access to the pool on the facility. The excuse I got the entire stay was that they were waiting for the HOA to provide the key and that it was out of their hands. Not only was I still charged as if we had exclusive access to the facility, but I had to drive 10-15 minutes just to get to a pool. Apparently that was the major issue that guests I talked with had, no access to the pool at their rooms. As well as there was not enough linen (example: there was a pull out mattress in the living room with no bed spread). One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that was it!!!

  : The location was wonderful! When I walked into the room it was very clean and presented well! It was the perfect set up for our family!!
  : We were told to look for our pool card upon arriving!! It wasn’t in the room so we called immediately to let them know, the first person told us they were just waiting on the HOA to bring it to them and then they would get it to us, I asked how long they weren’t able to tell us!! Told us we couldn’t use the pool but we could go use 2 of their other pools over 10 miles down the road!! Called the next day, they said that it has to be sent to the owner, the owner then has to send it to the HOA then the HOA has to bring it to them and then to us!! So basically the chances of us getting a pool card were slim to none! We stayed 10 days, never got a pool card, nothing they could do besides refund us 10%! Made multiple calls to finally get someone to do it but it’ll take 10-14 days to go back on card so we have to watch for it!! We drove 10 hours to enjoy our pool, not to drive another 20 min or more down the road to another pool!!

  : I liked that there were enough beds for me & my friends and that the location of our room was near the pool.
  : I didn’t like that the kitchen counters were dirty, the dryer didn’t work properly so it didn’t dry my clothes at all, the bed nearest the window in the secondary room was broken so my friend couldn’t sleep on that bed. I didn’t like how when I tried to close the curtains in the main bedroom the middle curtain hook fell down. I didn’t like how the sheets & pillow cases were stained. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a smart tv in the secondary bedroom or at least cable, wasn’t able to add YouTube to the tv to watch, and the WI-FI didn’t work at all and there was very bad signal no one could use their phones inside of the room we would have to leave the area to receive signal for our phones. And lastly, I didn’t like how the main bedroom was advertised that it has a King bed but it was 2 twin beds pushed together so my husband & I weren’t able to sleep closely together as we may have wanted too.

  : Location was good.
  : Floors were dirty. Ants bugs were all over the kitchen. Bed spread had stains on the underside. Never got a Pool pass, even after several daily calls and email. My. Kids were very disappointed. Cobwebs were all over the building doorway. Furniture was dated.

  : The room was large and the bedrooms were nice.
  : It would've been nice to know we couldn't use the other pools in the villas or the main big one pictured in the brochure. We could only use the small one near our room. The basketball court was awful, the net needs to be replaced.

  : Our original room/location was not available, we were switched to 2 other off site facilities and both were absolutely filthy dirty and not as we expected. Manager was down right rude.

  : Did not have access to amenities as promoted.Unit was not clean at all, small dark crumbs were in the bed it was disgusting.Stained furniture from the beds to the sofa pillows, it was very old furniture, sunken kitchen chairs.
