  : That property was very old and outdated. It wasn’t very clean; there was a lot of dust under tables and hair, dirt & sand spurs on the floors. The comforter looked dated and one of them was tore. The stove, light & plug outlets were outdated. One of the bathroom floors had holes in the vinyl and the tubs were dated, had soap grime around the tub and the tub stopped had some disgusting black mold like stuff on it. The hot water supply was limited; you couldn’t run a lot of water in the tub or the hot water would run out. We had to wait 30 or so minutes for hot water between people to take a shower. One day, I even had to warm up water on the stove because I didn’t have time to wait for hot water. This property seriously needs to be updated and cleaned better. The biggest false advertisement was the property was listed as 1 house; however, days before we went on another online website and found out this was a 2 floor apartment. This is a big deal for people families with children. Lastly, to find out days prior to our stay; there wasn’t a washer and dryer on site was very disappointed & inconveniencing.
