  : Decent beds, comfy couch, sunroom, deck was nice.
  : Bathroom in the main bedroom was in a previous closet space. There was no door so the toilet offered no privacy and the shower was way too small. There were only 2 towels in each bathroom that were small, scratchy and pretty worn out. We had to do laundry which should be available but not necessary. We were in a "beach house" that didn't have beach towels. There was an armoire in the bedroom that was stuffed full of extra pillows but there were no extra pillow cases or extra blankets. There was several items that were broken and unsafe: the kitchen stools, the porch railing in the front, the swing in the front yard, the vanity cabinet in the main bathroom, a vase in the living room. The kitchen was inadequately stocked and the skillets were scratched up so badly we would not use them so we couldn't prepare meals which is one of the main reasons we got a house instead of a hotel. The house looked like and felt like it had been furnished from a 2nd hand store and the dollar store. No luxury here for sure.

  : It was right near the beach.
  : The air stopped working, it got up to 85 in the house. Took ALL day to get someone to come out and fix it....but they couldnt. The lowest the temp got was 75....it was miserable in the house....we have a baby and we were trying our hardest to keep her cool .

  : We love the deck, sun room, and front porch.
  : Bedroom TVs did not work. Also, there was a dead roach in the kitchen bottom drawer where the pots where at. One of the drawers in front of the kitchen sink was broken. The long tan couch was dirty.

  : The house was spacious, neat, nicely decorated, and clean. It was close to the beach, which was a plus and had parking.
  : The ad stated there was two bedrooms and four beds but actually there were only three beds, a king size bed in one room and two twins in the other.
