  : Everything was very dirty I didn’t notice at the beginning but as soon as my child step with out shoes her socks were not just dirty but black kitchen and bathrooms where the same I had to run everything in the bed in the washer machine in order to use from mattress covers to pillows

  : The WiFi never worked the entire time there, and water in shower was cold in the other bathroom.

  : Location is perfect! Condo is very spacious and comfortable. Host was quick to help with any problems. Definitely would love to return in the future if minor issue's are corrected.
  : Front shower hot water did not work. Back shower fan/exhaust did not work, bad condensation from ceiling to point it was dripping. Initial linens left were stained, damp, and musty smelling.

  : Lots of roaches and ants!!!!Don’t purchase linen package. The linens they give you are 20 years are old and dingy. One set of sheets had blood stains. The other had rips and too small. Dirty air filter hasn’t been changed in months, unacceptable. Roach’s on wall and in bed. Bed mattresses and pillows are disgusting. Management does not return calls!!!! The only one good thing is location.

  : When we got to the unit, the floors were filthy.. covered in sand and has not been mopped. My 2 year olds feet were black within an hour. We went to Walmart and picked up some swiffer pads to try and clean the floor up some. Went through 4 wet pads to get the floor in “okay” shape. We had to call the property management about the tub drain not holding water and they did send someone out in 24 hours to fix the drain so the kids could take baths. On the fridge there is a list of items they provide to help you clean along the way, which was a vacuum and broom. There was not a vacuum and there wasn’t a dust pan for the broom. The property manager said she would send one over, but that never happened. Also, the two TVs in the front two bedrooms did not work - said limited service provided. The property manager asked us to call the tv provider and go through tech support and 3 way her into the call. I told her I was not doing that on vacation. The outlets in both bathrooms do not work if you want to blowdry, curl, or straighten your hair in the bathroom. The fan exhaust in the master bathroom does not work either. The property does not provide any pot holders for you to use while cooking in the oven. The window seals are dirty with cobwebs and need to be wiped down. In the master bedroom the headboard has sand gathered up on the ledge. The mattresses have covers over them but they are covered in sand as they have not been vacuumed off in between stays. You get a small ocean view from the deck. If you want to see the full beach and waves hitting the shore you will need to be higher up. Lastly, we had ants and found a roach in the condo that we killed. Personally, feel the pictures of the condo make it look better then in real life.

  : When I contacted the people about getting the wrong code it took about 2 hours of our time standing on the porch waiting for the right code. I also sent an email about the TVs not working and here is checkout day and they still are not working. They had a flower vase holding the kitchen sink faucet up. Called for a maintenance man and they still haven't came yet again its checkout day. We didn't have enough room for our party I had to go and buy a blowup mattress to finish accommodating my party after I sent messages to make sure we would fit I did this because she had me down for a party of 6 and I paid for a party of 9. I will not stay there again it wasn't worth the 1600 I had to pay. Very disappointed

  : Ocean front property was awesome!! That’s it!!!
  : Condo floors were VERY VERY DIRTY!!!! Had to wear socks entire stay!!! They were literally black!!!! Dryer did NOT work!! So therefore we had a load of wet clothes!!! Had to hang them to dry the entire stay!! Not fun!!! Staff did not even come out to help or assist in this matter!! We tried to fix the dryer issue ourselves!! We cleaned the property as well!!!! Do no recommend!! We couldn’t get no answer from nobody!!! No email returns regarding this issue!!! Just answering service to leave a voicemail when we called!! We were on our Anniversary so we did try to make the best of the situation & enjoyed ourselves anyway!! But will NEVER even look at staying at this place again! There were several other things too but the major was the dryer & the dirty dirty floors!!!! Just disappointed bc it’s rated as 8.5 stars!!

  : It was clean. Thankful for the dumpster. Kitchen was well stocked and accommodating. Great master shower with excellent water pressure. Area was nice. Beach was clean and inviting. Laundry room was great. Area seemed safe and we were completely satisfied with the lesser amounts of people in the area. Well lit at night. Air conditioning was excellent. Convenient to most anything.
  : Ants. We fought them all weekend. Parking was a bit tight for our truck but loved the nice paved area. Didn’t find the grill until it was too late to use it. Outside hose didn’t work so we couldn’t clean our feet and we were constantly sweeping the floors. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but that may very well be my fault since I don’t use one often. It wasn’t ready when we arrived but it didn’t take her long to finish up. The parties next door were a bit much. Lasted well after midnight and the loud nasty language was a bit much for us with the kids so we had to keep them off of the balcony at night and kept them inside. Beds were ok. Not as comfortable as I was hoping but we managed.
