  : The location on the beach was exactly what we wanted. Tasha could not have done more to make our stay work out; she's a precious jewel.
  : I had many communications with Booking.com, Red Awning, and Southern who actually has the office in Myrtle Beach by both emails and telephone. At no point did any one person tell us that the elevator was out. I have physical difficulties, and walking up and down 4 1/2 flights of stairs is not possible. We have two 4-year-olds and a 1-year-old in our family. It isn't possible to shift 3 children these ages up and down the stairs multiple times a day when we all want to be on the beach. I consider this fraudulent in the extreme. When we got there, other guests told us the elevator had been out since Hurricane Florence. We got there weeks later, and Tasha said she had no record of problems with the elevator. The condo was not clean. The floor was grimy throughout, and the laundry room floor was disgusting. I have photos of the floors and the elevator panel, which shows that the panel had been broken for some time. Tasha had to find another property to move us into, and it was extremely difficult for her. We spent one night at the E4 condo and were glad to leave the next morning, but this effectively cut off one day from our long weekend. We did not pay this much money for a filthy condo and for a stay 1 day shorter than we hoped for. This review is getting a 3.8 by Booking.com's analytics only because the location of E4 was perfect; otherwise it is a pit.
