  : I can't even begin to tell you what a pit hole this place was. Trash not emptied from guest before. No toilet paper all machines in laundry room broken (promoted amenities)...shoe stuck to floor see picture as we wiped up floor...should be condemned..seriously. strange guest who seem to live there..drug gummy found on floor. Great location nice area and then your place.

  : I stayed in this hotel consistently for the month of June. I checked in every single day. On booking.com I never had any issues until the guy behind the desk. Nick made a Accidental mistake when the water maintenance man came to the building. They overlooked my booking. Siad my room with empty. And it wasn't the maintenance man walked into my room And instead of calling me, they just called the police. Luckily I got back to the hotel before the police dead and I was able to handle this situation. Nick and his socot manager charged me a 30$ fine. It was humiliating. There was customers everywhere. They were being very degrading to me talking to me like.I didn't have the money and I was causing a bunch of issues. I was completely lost on why this even happened well. After I paid the fine and the police left the Gentleman that was working with Nick, who said he was the head manager of the building and he wasn't came to my room privately, right afterwards apologized. You're overlooking my ID in my room checking set. He was sorry and gave me my money back for this day. The following day I told Management, what happened and they again? Apologize to me told me that that guy was not a manager that that should've ever happened and they gave me a refund as well. The lady that helped me out the following day was really nice and fixed the situation. That's why I continue to stay
  : The real issue that I'm having Thursday. The 27th and friday, the 28th of June Nick again kept coming to my room saying he could not see my reservation And kept insisting for me to give him my card when I have never gave the hotel my card not once When they already had it on file and they had my ID on file. And three weeks that I was there when I continuously kept showing him my confirmation number. My booking number the receipt for me Paying for the room the payment that came out of my bank account.I even called the corporate office, had them on speakerphone. And that gentleman kept confirming that he could see my reservations, but nick did not care. So I asked to speak with the manager, Friday morning I woke up, went down. Told them what happened. The 2 ladies at the desk apologize. They didn't know what the problem was. I just rebooked my room like I always do the ladies behind the desk. Confirmed everything and said I was good to go and apologize to me again. Later that evening, when nick return back to work He again came into my room. He opened my door and walked in. Because I was asleep after my long day of work again. Kept insisting that I needed to give him my card. Kept saying he did not see my reservation. So I again got on booking.com. Rebooked and repaid for my room. Twice. Write in front of him. He even yelled noooooo I told you not to do that. I need to run your card. He was trying to charge me a 189$ For the night as a walk in customer when they had a no vacancy sign. I did everything in my power to work with this guy, so everything would be okay. I rebooked and paid for my room. Twice. I spoke with the manager and he just blatantly did not care. He called me broke and was just being very rude and disrespectful. And all because I didn't want to hand him my card. Personally, because the whole time I never once had to do that. He called the police on me. And it took 4 police cruisers and 6 police officers to stand in my room.

  : The guy behind the desk. Nick demanded my card when I paid for my room on booking.com. I was in this hotel for 3 to 4 week And all of a sudden, he couldn't see my reservations and demanded my card and was trying to charge me as a walk in price when they had no vacancy. Sit on the desk. I don't understand how all of a sudden. The process changed and he needed my card when I bought the room right in front of them on booking.com. Like I did the whole month.
  : Nick demanded my credit card after he saw me pay for my room online like I did all month every day. I paid for my room on booking.com. And then on my last night there, he couldn't see my reservations. I paid for my room right in front of him and he said no I told you to give me your card. When I never had to hand my card to anyone He was being very disrespectful rude. I was trying everything I can to fix the situation. I really want someone to watch the cameras. See that I was trying to be nice and fixed this, but he would not have it and just call the cops.

  : Nick was working at the desk. Told me he was a manager when he wasn't. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 to 4 weeks And I book my reservations on booking.com every single day, every single day I would pay for my room online with my card. When I was at the hotel they took a picture of my ID and had my card on file. The week before on the 23rd There was a mistake Dayton, the water maintenance man that my room was empty and it wasn't so they called the police. Because my dog was in the room well. I came back to my room before the cop showed up. Descalated the situation, Nick and his co-worker were being very rude and disrespectful, because they couldn't find my ID on file. Then you charge me $30 fee for everything. And then after it was done, they came to my room privately after embarrassing me in front of everybody And he apologized for the mistake for overlooking my I. D and then a refund for the mistake. The following morning, the manager also apologized and fixed the situation Which I was very grateful for on the 27th Nick again kept saying we could not see my reservation. After I repeatedly showed him my booking gave him. The confirmation code showed him the money that came out of my account, but he kept insisting to take my card. I told him I would like to speak to a manager. The following morning I went to the desk the Lady at the desk took care of everything and I paid for my room for 27th and then I booked and paid for the 28th And everything was done well later that evening when I got back to the hotel Nick just walked right into my room without knocking or anything demanding my card. I tried telling him I already spoke with everybody and everything was fine. I even called the corporate office, and my phone call was recorded. I had him on speakerphone, trying to tell Nick that my reservations were paid for and clear. He still would not accept it. So I again got online and booked my room. A second time right in front of him he yelled.
  : Nick kept insisting to take my card. And charge me a walk in price when they had no vacant sign on the hotel He kept trying to charge me for the 27th and the 28th He changed the price. Try to charge me for 2 days And as I was rebooking my room online right in front of him, he said he found my Thursday's reservation but still insisted on charging me for Friday and when I refuse to give him my card because how weird the situation was and how he was acting, he called the cops on me even the. Officers when they showed up saw that I was not being. Mean rude or disrespectful? I was trying my hardest to resolve this situation, but he kept saying he couldn't understand and I had to leave the building. It was humiliating. I feel robbed and stolen from. And there is no reason why he should have needed or taken my card, especially to charge me the amount that he was charging me. Needs to be done. And I really need to speak to somebody about this...

  : Never had the breakfast. The location was good. We were visiting Fairview Park. It was good to have kitchen facilities.
  : The hallways were particularlt musty. We didn't like the plastic under the bedsheets. It caused overheating at night and was uncomfortable.

  : The first that checked in was very nice and professional.
  : I didn't like the fact that I asked for an extended checkout and I was told that the front desk lady couldn't say so and it had to be answered by the cleaning staff. They denied the request and there was absolutely no house keeper on this floor. They told me it's already 1120 u need to get out now.
