  : The ocean view was very nice. Fridge in room.
  : The customer service at night and otherwise was awful! The girl at the desk was on her phone and had zero customer service skills and did not care about my unhappiness or concerns. The bar tender ended up calling the owners kids to tell them I had a room with no working light and non-working AC in the two room suite i paid for. The owner came down and rectified that problem by giving us a new room but she was not very nice about it and actually was quite rude and said if i didnt like it I could leave and go to another. Place was dirty, non-working windows in the front bedroom, had to use the latch on the door to make sure to stayed closed. AC was making a loud sound in the vent. They served alcoholic drinks but zero food despite having an area to eat. The pool was filled with a 2-inch layer of smog when we arrived but luckily after I mentioned that, it was being cleaned up the next morning.

  : The air conditioner didnt work and the kitchen was not open they were telling us to go across the street to another hotel for food. Very disappointed. There was also mold growing
