  : Worn out furniture, old cut up carpet , tv didnt work first night and wasnt fixed until next day.

  : The gentleman that greeted us was pleasant and helpful.
  : Rooms smelled bad and were dingy/dirty. Door in 1 room was very loud scraping when opening/closing. Bathroom door in 1 room had the lock removed and replaced by a plastic dixie cup. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds for 4 adults, got 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed....when I went to ask about the error, instead of apologizing for the mistake immediatly and offering a solution, Keith, the general manager, argued with me and said I booked incorrectly...then pulled up the reservation and saw it was indeed his mistake and just looked at me for a solution to which I replied asking simply for bedding for the pullout.

  : There is no reception in building I have to go and look for entry to other hotel in rain with suitcases. When I finally found it, the card to the hotel wasnt working so cheap

  : The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Dirty socks left in the window, between the screen and the glass. Extra safety lock on the door did not properly stay locked Reported to staff and nothing was done. Had to remain in the same room
