  : The location was ideal for visiting family in Norwich. Well equipped kitchen & spacious apartment
  : The booking process was appalling - I paid booking.com when I booked, yet I was asked 3 times after booking for payment, including the day prior to arrival. The company operating this property need to familiarise themselves with how booking via this platform works. They did include parking advice in the area even though parking was available at the property! Had to submit photo ID prior to arrival - a first for me! Bit pointless as nobody could have verified it!Paying security deposit online prior to arrival not an easy process.The apartment was spacious, but not exactly cosy - very much a holiday rental but perfectly adequate for our needs.No instructions on how to operate TV - eventually figured out but had to watch on catchup - very frustrating if you want to change channels.No instructions on heating/boiler system which meant we left it on 24/7 - not very eco friendly!No evidence of any Covid protocols

  : Great location, quite close to the train station and city centre. A number of takeaways and restaurants nearby. There is a very nice park right opposite which leads to the canal/river.
  : I checked-in late at night. The place looked quite spooky from the outside, though it is nice inside.The lighting within the property could have been improved. There wasn't sufficient lighting at the entrance staircase. One of the two light bulbs in the main entrance hall upstairs was not working. The ceiling lights in the lounge were faulty and kept on flickering.The operating system of blinds in one of the bedrooms was a little faulty and not as easy to operate as others.
