  : The Front Desk Clerk deserves a 10/10 for her efforts during the stay. We were at the hotel for the Rolling Stones Concert at Gillette Stadium and the hotel had no air conditioning. The young woman working the reception handled herself with respect and grace as the Management left her holding the bag for the situation.
  : Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the Rolling Stones Concert with no air conditioning. The response from the General Manager was nonexistent. I asked to speak with him on 4 separate occasions, and even though he was on the property he declined to appear. The last time I asked, I was told he would contact me which he has not done. It has been 2 weeks. In believe that everyone who was staying should have been compensated in some way for the poor way we were treated. Very little effort was made to make the guests as comfortable as possible. After checking out we both became ill and are now on antibiotics.
