: Very nice spacious room and bathroom with excellent shower. The furniture is all new and modern, there is even a desk and chair if you have to work a bit on the computer. Wifi is very good, also at the poolThe pool is deep and excellent for swimming. There is also a shallow area to relax abd sit in the pool. Drinks are served to the pool all day.The owner was very caring and as i had terrible back pain, he even organized a doctor to see me.There is a trattoria just across the street if you do not want to go to down They have very good pizze and pasta for reasonable prices.
: If you want to go to Noto, you have to take a car a d find a parking. Maybe better take a taxi.

: Villa is well positioned and cleaned with good parking spots. The nature that surround the location is good. We did not use the pool because we were at the beach till goldenhour but its equal photos. I really like the presence of a spinning bike, and this is a plus since 99% of the structures in Noto Valley do not have. Sky (italian pay tv) is a real plus if you want to see some sports or movies after dinner.
: Breakfast is poor also if we compare with other structures in the area. Selection is not wide (9.30am croissants were finished) and mostly confectioned food (home made cakes and other stuff are common here in Sicily). I will suggest if you have time to have a coffee or cappuccino here an then have food outside in some bars.

: Lovely and comfortable place to stay just outside Noto. Peaceful and only 5 min drive to Noto centre. Ideal place to visit southeast (Noto, Syracuse, Scicli, Marzamemi, Friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to go and eat. Plenty to do and, yes that swimming pool is every bit as refreshing as it looks.

: The 20m pool was great and you can order drinks to the pool side as well; we liked the tennis court (not in perfect condition, but good enough for us amateurs); the room was comfortable and very clean with a little private balcony. The top performer was the staff: Sergio booked all restaurants and beach clubs for us and offered amazing recommendations!
: Hard to go without an own car because you need it to go to Noto (but we knew that upfront)
