  : Im gonna write in bullet points because the list is long:1. I got the information about having to pay deposit 100 per person paid on check in a day prior. it wasnt mentioned anywhere in the booking info.2. At the day of arrival, check in place was changed. Either way, never had to check in at different place than the apparent, not to say its quite far from each other when youre carrying luggage. They didnt even try to make it up to us anyhow.3. Our apt was on the ground floor, with a gap where anyone can enter.. which happened. Someone entered our balcony and spread contents of the ashtray on the table and stole the ashtray. When I reported the issue, they apologized for the inconvenience, but I didnt get a new ashtray. Teenageers partying every day and night, making noise. They were staring at our windows constantly. We found human excrements close to the pool at the blind spot from security cameras. Its beyond me. Which makes their rules seem like a joke.4.We came by a day before check out to ask about transportation from Novalja to Pag - lady at the agency was very unprofessional and didnt even bother to communicate with me or even think of solutionWe were told that we were supposed to order taxi AT LEAST 4 days prior. Satirical. 5. Lastly, check out at 9h was like in no other place I have ever traveled to, but regardless, security and staff was 1h late -arrogant and didnt apologize. Which blew my mind completely. Luckily, we have gotten our deposited money.6. Extremely unprofessional and overpriced

  : Incompetent check in staff.No shampoo or anything normally found is present. For 170eur it is unacceptable.

  : Nice clean modern apartment
  : The fact we were asked to pay a deposit and the ridiculously overpriced damage fee for the goods in the apartment. Waiting to check out, the gentleman was late and having to collect the key at a different location to the apartment on arrival
