  : Good location, all the bars are nearby enough to the point you can just walk to the center but not too close, so you dont have to deal with the bars bothering you.
  : It is a party spot, so all the apartments around you are filled with loud drunk people and our apartment was in poor shape, WC lock didnt work, lights on the balcony didnt work and the toilet seat was literally ripped off but apart from these problems the price/quality is pretty good in my opinion just shame they didnt make sure the apartment was in good condition before we arrived.
