  : This studio apartment is nicely shaded, which allowed me to sleep nicely. It has a lovely terrace on the back with a nice view of the garden.The location near Novigrad is very practical, you can reach anywhere in Istria within 90 min by car.Except for the uncomfortably small bathroom, it was a great place to stay 8/10! We will happily be coming back!
  : The bathroom in Appartment 2 was the only point where the property didn't meet my expectations. It was uncomfortably small. No matter how careful you are everytime you use the basin or the shower, water splashes or leaks onto the floor. The shower has no place to put/hang your soap/shampoo. The mildly hot water only lasts long enough for 1 person to shower. The kitchen could use a Moka 4 coffee and a good chopping knife (we luckily came prepared with these).The bed was a bit too short to fit my ~1.8m husband.
