  : Good breakfast Strong Wifi and reasonably fast. Desk to do your evening work on computer.
  : Room was very cold when I arrived on Tuesday evening, heating was switched off, it took 3 hours to get somehow acceptable temperature. So the first day I left the heating switched on (on low level) but the cleaning service switched it off and in addition left window opened. When I returned tired after long business day late evening the room was real fridge. Really frustrating. Next days till Friday it was better, but in general quite cold. No soap - but abundance of shampoos and other toiletries. When sleeping in the bed, you feel the mattress springs, not very comfortable sleeping.

  : Staff was friendly. Location is okay and the price was low. I guess you get what you pay for ... not that you have anything better to choose from in this city.
  : Very strange and old interior design. But the worst was that the doors to each room and in the hallways always slam hard and VERY loud. People were going in and out of their rooms all night and morning, so each time the doors closed, you hear a VERY loud BANG. I woke up 10 times overnight and slept not more that 3-4 hours and my whole day I was sleepy. Sadly this is a frequent problem in so many hotels in Czech and across Europe. Attention to details and cleanliness is a LOW priority.

  : The hotel is in the city of Teplice, just next to a beautiful park, between nicely renovated historical buildings. The room is spacious, the bathroom as well. The breakfast is good, especially the huge variation of fresh fruits. The staff is nice and friendly. Pet friendly accommodation. Low price level.
  : The room was not clean, even after asked a repeated cleaning. The shower cabin is extremely small in the spacious bathroom. Bath was not clean too.

  : We were on our way to Hungary and given that its a 14+ hours drive, we wanted to spend a night somewhere half way. We found this hotel, which looked pretty nice and in a nice area as well, oh and dog friendly. The staff was really nice, the room and the hotel was clean and some what modern,
  : The beds were really uncomfortable. If you like to feel all the springs in the mattress, then its your place to go, otherwise, get ready.. Im not sure if all the rooms have the same issue, if so, then they should change them. As a guest, you definitely expect more comfort from a 4star

  : it was clean but it needs to be more in terms of insects. moreover the smell of the near restaurant comes to the room specially the grounds one.

  : Brown, rusty water came from the sink tap. The first two days the milk was spoiled/bad at breakfast. Noisy room, probably due to the heating system and it was facing to the street.

  : room 601 was situated next to technical room. Constant noises from that room were very annoying. room was very cold, took a while to get ok temperature. Booking was made via booking.com however receptionist told us that no booking was made - Very common issue from other reviewers.. morning breakfast disaster, not a single table was clean(dirty dishes everywhere) , I hade to make room for myself. coffee machine did not work at all.
