  : The owner was very rude and tell us that dont have a helicopter to help us and if we have problem with our staying to not contact him.

  : Facilities: The impression of the apartment is very pleasant. You can find there everything you need even tea, sugar and coffee for the coffee machine Cleanliness: It is clean. Location: Good location with mountain views.
  : Host: Renters pl is not the renter I'd recommend to anyone. This is the worst booking I've ever had in my life. It was very difficult to get through to them, I was waiting for 45 minutes on the phone.After check-out the same day we received an email saying that we are obliged to pay 250 PLN for damage done to the window sill within two days, otherwise we will be prosecuted. They didn't explain why it should be exactly 250 PLN. Also they sent us photos of a window sill with a trace of a mug from which it is not obvious to what apartment it belongs and even which of the window sills is on the photos. After our request to send normal photos and one kind reminder from our side, on 5th day we received the same photos and request to pay for the crib, although policies say that cost of the crib have to be paid during your stay, not one week later (anyway, we paid for the crib).Facilities: The doors in the rooms do not close properly, the furniture is tired, not all light bulbs are in place. In the kitchen, worktop is swollen, hob is cracked, some chairs are loose, pans are scratched. Garden furniture is battered and peeled.Cleanliness: We found a dog ball covered with fur and drool in the kitchen. It's our luck that we found it before our kid did.Comfort: During check-in you need to park your car either at the neighbors' private territory under the sign "parking is prohibited" or to block a narrow road. Then you need to find the house, take the key from the safe, enter the apartment, look for the remote control from the gate in it, close the apartment and go back. It is quite a quest, especially if you travel with a child, and the home is on the slope.Value for money: 50 PLN for a crib, which is not a wooden crib as you may think, but a playpen without any mattress, bed linen, duvet and pillow. Apparently, children are not deserve it. The price of the playpen is 150-200 PLN, i.e. our stay paid for its entire cost.
