Disappointing

  : Location and view on the sea splendid. Great beach and beach services included in price. Breakfast good but only for those who get up early. Lovely terrace with great views. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : The hotel is rated 4 stars, which must be 4 falling stars. In the 70s it was a for sure a fantastic place, now it is just old. The rooms are clean but very poorly insulated & noisy, the bathrooms are clean but very old with rust on all the metal bits and tiny showers. The elevator is a real throwback to the 70s with max 2 people capacity. The room rate maximum price display (which are mandatory to be shown in the room Italy) were from 2019 and our rate exceeded that by a lot more than the to be expected inflationary corrections. The queen size bed were in fact 2 single beds put next to each other.

  : No place to park the car to unload, 20+ steps to get to the reception ( NO elevator to Reception). extremely noisy room[ Booking.com reservered rooms were unrenovated!.]. Antiquated AC in room not well regulated. Shower extremely small.

  : The location and the private beach.Friendly staff. The building and its facilities are good.
  : the check-in without information and the 1st room assigned was a shame for the price. We found an empty package in the shower of the previous guests, the cleaning was not so good. The roll-up shutters system was broken. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay or informed about it. The 2nd one was much better than the 1st one. If we had the opportunity to receive information about the hotel during the check-in the stay would have be more appreciated.

  : Parking lot street level right across the street from hotel. Beach facilities right across from hotel. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and on a beautiful balcony with view. Location was perfect for using the beach as well as close to several good restaurants for evening dining. The hotel fee included the beach umbrella and chairs and there was a snack bar on site. Room was updated and good fixtures.
  : Did not like looking out on to the back of the hotel where an out-of-use tennis court stood. The room was a bit tight, but since it was so nicely decorated and up-to-date, it was fine. Did not use the pool at all, so I cannot comment on it.

  : The location, close to the beach and that exist a pool
  : The pool opens at 3pm, you can not enter the pool and swim or play there before 3pm. This is important that is specified when you book a room at the hotel. The scramble eggs consist only of the yolk of the egg and that makes not so good scrambled eggs. A recommendation is that the section where there are juices and plates is a bit apart from the rest to avoid conglomeration of people. The stuff at the breakfast wont need to ask several times for room number if one is placed at the entrance of the breakfast room. The cafe is very good!
