  : Room was OK. It was a quiet Panzi in May.
  : Water is cold in the spa area. Receptionist forgot to open the door to exit the car park. We were in hurry back to Budapest to catch a flight. Breakfast was not much.

  : During our holiday we stopped one night at this hotel and pictures didn't meet the expectations at all. We were given the room for disabled people on our arrival at the location which proved to be a former garage transformed into a room/suite: the room entrance is directly on the street, just 2m away from where the cars are parked; there is no window to be opened and therefore there is certain smell in the room/suite either from the doors/furniture or from the bathroom; the toilet is for disabled people and it looks a lot like those from a gas station, very impersonal; being on the ground floor, the toilet makes a certain noise to flush the used water; the bedrooms are just some separated spaces, very small, one of them doesn't have a window, just the bed fits into it; no near bed lights that could be used; location not far from center (aprox. 30 mins walk), but you pass through a strange industrial and smelly area to get back; the suite has a blocked door which is actually the former garage door from inside the building. Overall the sleep was very bad and not a great way to begin the holiday. Wasted money. I've read the other reviews - unfortunately only after getting the room - and we were not the first ones to be given that room/suite for disabled instead of what was booked on booking.com. It seems to be a hotel practice to book this particular room/suite. Being tired and hungry after the travel, we realised only late in the evening how bad it is and couldn't go somewhere else.

  : The wellness is excellent, they have warm and comfortable, new pool, 3 working saunas, yakuzzi ..
  : The breakfast could be slightly more rich for the money paid (9 EUR). The first day they served some fruits, on the second day not...

  : Very comfortable Billerbeck mattress, everything was clean and high quality. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing with the perfect water temperature.
  : There were some staff members who did not care at all and they gave a horrible first impression about the hotel that luckily changed for the better when the professional staff arrived. I know the young staff was probably only doing their internship but still it should be the bare minimum to say hi to guests when they arrive.. they did not tell us anything about the facilities at the hotel, where our room were, checkout time or anything.

  : Nice wellness section, pool, saunas and jakuzzi. Staff was very nice and helpful regarding all our questions/requests.
  : Our room was facing the wellness section and the engines were constantly noosy, even after midnight. It was very disturbing to sleep like this.
