  : The main lounge/dining area was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were a good size and the main apartment kitchen area was a very good place to relax.
  : The apartment rooms didn't have any kitchen items (pans/plates/cutlery etc.) So the other guests had removed everything from the communal area into their rooms.

  : The room was large and clean. The location was good.
  : I booked an "apartment" many months ahead with a kitchenette. They gave me a normal room without a refrigerator. This is unacceptable. I really needed to have a fridge inside the room. They offered me instead the access to the common kitchen, which was in a different floor. So, if we needed to use the things, which needed to be kept cool in the middle of the night, we had to go to a different floor. Also, it was a common kitchen. So, you couldn't be sure of the safety. They told us that there was a fire or so, so they lost some of the room. Even if I want to believe it, they should have communicated with me when they knew they couldn't give me what I have booked. They didn't compensate with any discount or so. Our room looked like they put together a spare room. The bed was noisy. The bedside table was an iron table, which you can see in the picture. Not safe at all to grab a glass of water from its top when you are sleepy.

  : The rooms are cosy, the lobby is very beautiful and comfortable, staff is amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.
  : There is a little kitchen I'm the room, but no any kitchen cutlery, couple plates and spoons could be nice.

  : The hotel is on a good location, possibility for paid parking and drop off your bags. Free parking on a 5 min walk at the train station. The rooms are clean and so is the lobby and the rest of the hotel. As a bonus there is free coffee.
  : The apartment that come with a ''fully stocked'' kitchen are in real life completely empty there is not even a spoon. At the reception you can collect everything you need, this is not a workable situation and not what I paid for. Furthermore there was no toilet paper in my room, the TV was not working and the Wifi had terrible connection due to the size of the hotel. I contacted their service after my stay, but they say this is how their apartments are managed and are sorry for the inconvenience, so not helpful at all.

  : The size of the room was good, enough cupboard space, well-sized bathroom and everything was clean.
  : The majority of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately one of them really made our stay unpleasant. It was advertised that the room would have a kettle, coffee machine etc - this was not the case and I had to ask twice for this. The lighting in the rooms are not great. No real bar area in the hotel.

  : Very clean and the appartement we had was a nice size with a kitchenette, bathroom and living/dining area. As for plates and utensils, these can be provided at the front desk. There was also a laundry room and social kitchen (but we did not use these amenities). A parking garage was available at extra cost but was very convenient with an elevator near the back entrance. Several bakeries and a grocery store right below the hotel block and also lots of other shops.
  : No pots and pans available in the kitchen.
