  : Mosquitoes in, room, dirty bathroom, ceiling about to fall, mildew smell, had to leave, granddaughters cried, had to pay for another hotel down the street (Forum) I need my money back, also took a video of the room

  : Great location. Beach and boardwalk is a block away. Varsity diner is next door. They serve delicious breakfast and lunch. Staff at hotel helpful and nice. Pool area is clean. Nice big porch to sit in. Great family beach area.
  : Room 30 is a disaster. They should not be allowed to rent it out. It was dirty. I found candy wrappers under the bed. The air conditioner is inside the bathroom so you have to keep the bathroom door open. The room is so small you have to take turns walking because 2 people cannot move around at the same time. There are no decorations at all...not one single picture on the wall. No closet. We hung our shirts on nails on random nails sticking out from the walls. The bed had only one fitted sheet. The desk person leaves at night so it was too late to ask for another sheet when I found out. I had to cover myself with a small bathroom towel because I was not going to use the old and sketchy looking bed cover. The bathroom is tiny and looks like it belongs in a 3rd world country. The shower and floor were permanently stained throughout. Words can't capture the sight. We switched rooms the next day to room 20. It was bigger and slightly better. This hotel has potential but they need to do much much better.

  : The stains on the comforters, sheets, pillows, and upholstery. The off tract ceiling tiles, the nail that was hanging from the ceiling tile above the bed my children were going to sleep in. The ants on the wall and bed, the slanted floor. The mis leading pictures of the rooms on the website. The room rate is insane for what you are offering

  : Location was perfect. Covered front porch had comfortable chairs and was nice to sit on. Parking was good. Pool although small was nice.
  : Room AC wasnt the best, toilet flush was weak. Bed blanket wasnt that good. Hotel was a little run down but served my needs. Based on reading reviews before my trip-the room was what I was expecting. I would return again.
