  : There was no breakfast. NA Location was great, facilities were good. Personnel was friendly. Lots of sleeping room. Balcony was nice.
  : Wine opener should be in the kitchen. I wish the bathtub was cleaner. There was mildew & not clean enough for a bath, only shower.

  : I booked from the 11 - 17 on May 1. I received an e-mail that the facility was not available on the 11 and I was offered another facility for the 11 of September. It was a big inconvenience that made me unpack into a facility at 4pm and then pack up and leave that facility at 10am the next day. Then I had to wait 6 hours until I could finally get into the Fountainhead which was the 12th of September . I was totally inconvenienced and my handicapped wife had a terrible time unpacking and then repacking only to unpack again the next day. I would rate that experience as a zero. I was not accommodated at all
  : I didnt like the fact that after receiving a confirmation in May. and paying for a service that was not upheld on your end . How would you like to book for a week in one facility only to be told after you received confirmation that now you have to stay in multiple facilities after confirmation was confirmed. I didnt like the way Vacasa and Bookings handle their affair thru a third party agreement.I want to know what you can do to make me happy or Ill never use your service again. please respond in kind to me and answer how you can rectify this situation. I was not happy with how I was treated at all.

  : Nice location, View is wonderful. Comfortable sitting areas inside and outside.
  : Apartment is a little dated and worn. Host did a poor job answering questions and provided misinformation about a late check in. Thank goodness for on-site property manager, Michelle, who took the time to understand and solve the problem, saving the trip.

  : I didn't like the way I was treated by Booking.com. They booked me the wrong room, and a week later they still had not fixed their mistake.

  : Enjoyed the gorgeous view from the condo, ocean view. Plenty of seating and easy access to the beach and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all household needs. Beds were comfortable enough. Easy to find and pick up keys, and return. Bathrooms in the building itself were clean. Plenty of available parking.
  : It was said to be handicap accessible- the doorways were not, in fact, handicap accessible. Couldn't use the bathrooms or bedroom due to the small doorways. There was a used bandaid on the balcony, dirty clothes left under furniture. When we arrived, the dryer was covered in water. States on the website that there is a restaurant, there is not. It closed "awhile ago" is what we were told. Two bathrooms, five people staying, and one roll of toilet paper? The outlets were super outdated so plugs did not want to stay plugged in. TV in bedroom did not work at all. The property requires you to pay $40 cash per car for parking, which is not notated when booking. You will be notified the day of your trip that you need to do that. The pictures of the rental do not match up to the actual rental.

  : I like the location and the staff/guard was very nice. He explained to me what the keys are for. Everything else is clean except the pots and pans
  : Can't find the light to the patio. Maybe I didn't look enough. Pots and pans have food residue in it and the utensils especially the spatula are burnt at the end.

  : best location. spectacular ocean AND bay views. security guard and felt very safe. very clean well maintained pool.
  : it was obvious a sloppy family spent a lot of time on the tan pullout couch. potato chip crumbs throughout the mattress and empty yogurt tube under bed. bits of wrappers in the corners of the room. a duffel bag with a dirty sock in it. we left that bag behind in the a/c closet. they left coffee grounds and coffee in the pot. clearly didnt rinse off plates before running dishwasher. when we unloaded it there was (egg?) baked on.I think the last family put their little kids (judging by the little socks left behind) in that tv space with junk food to sustain them, turned the tv on, and left them alone. whoever that family was, I wouldnt take them back. they are disrespectful.we mopped the kitchen floor twice over when we arrived and the mop water was black from buildup.The cleaning crew may have run out of time cleaning up after that last family, judging by the filth we saw and evidence that things were freshly cleaned. the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were scrubbed clean.we left the space much much cleaner than it was when we arrived. this is someones home, and we are their guests! we appreciate that they shared their property with us!
