  : Close to the board walk
  : Place was dirty, took pictures of how flithy it was, parking was horrible, there was sand in the bed when we got there, bathroom sink didn't drain well nor did the shower drain. No parking pass and parking super far away, asked to change parking spot was told no (lot was very empty) very dis would never recommend this location.

  : Location was good and pool was clean. The place was good, but some fixes to those issues would go a long way.
  : The patio door was difficult to open and dirty. Shower clean, but looked dirty since it was worn. Water stains on bathroom ceiling. Wasn't told there was only one parking spot and where it was until after arrival.

  : I loved having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in unit.
  : The condo is in desperate need of updates. The fridge is 30 yrs old and the bedroom ac doesn't work well. The bathroom is functional but is very dated and could use more towel hooks.

  : The location is perfect, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Easy access to everything we needed.
  : The room could of been more up to date. The bathroom could be more up to date. A lot of things could be fixed in the condo.

  : The location was very good. The view was fair, it's a side street view.
  : The room was absolutely filthy! Mold in bathroom sink, mold on bathroom floor, hair, dirt, stained sheets, feces on the toilet, ripped bedding, broken appliances, curtains half hanging/and on the floor, someone's dirty laundry left in the washer, the dishwasher tips forward when you open the door, screen from sliding door prompt up against the glass not attached at all, blood on pool furniture, cable connection consistently disconnected. Every single morning at 8am large noisy constantly running/idling delivery trucks and busses right under the window, it was deafening. NO TOILET PAPER, and so much more. See photos

  : Location was good, as described along the boardwalk.
  : Very old and rundown building. Updated flooring made huge difference in the appearance of room but was hard to overlook the wear and tear.
