  : Everything else seemed perfect.
  : The only thing I had a problem with was the hardness of the bed in the queen room and that the outside light on the porch was not on a switch to turn it on for saftey purposes being on the 2nd floor.

  : It was not what I had expected and not what I booked it was so much smaller and I got bit up by some sort of bugs in the room to where I need prescription cream to help clear it up. There were ants all over the kitchen the floors where filthy and bed sheets and pull out sheets were filthy not removed and not cleaned. Plus they never explained that there was a condo under construction right beside our condo whenever I was there for my stay. When I had explained to them my what the problems where gave me a little bit of a refund and that’s it. Not even nearly half of what I deserved to get back for all that we had been put through for staying there. And if I recall I reserved a two bedroom and when I got there I had only received a one bedroom with 2 beds in it. With that being said I was extremely disappointed and will never have a reservation with them ever again.

  : Not to far from the Beach and excercusions. Didn't need a key to enter unit, key code interest was nice.
  : The toilet paper holder coming off the wall, towel rack was very weak could not hang up the towels, bathroom tub was not so clean , but I brought my disinfectant to scrub tub. It was an okay stay. Did not see any staff at all for the unit.

  : The location was the main feature that saved this experience from being a totally terrible experience. In addition, the Property Manager, Amy, worked with us to try to make the situation right. She was great.
  : The cleaning crew did a terrible job. There were stains on the beds and sofa. You can tell the floors were not swept well because if we dropped anything on the floor or a rug, it came up with hair and dust on it. We had to position our luggage and containers to not let anything that would tough our bodies touch the floor. The pullout sofa was broken which was for one of my sons who joined us at Ocean City. He unfortunately had to sleep on the sofa one night and a blow up mattress provided on the second night. After that, he left to go back to his home. That was very disappointing to the rest of the family.This was the first vacation since before COVID, so we were really looking forward to it. The experience really disappointed my family which depressed me. The first two days of our vacation was tense and no one was happy.

  : Location was great! The set up was good and met our needs.I wished I took pics of the doors, under the bed and dishes but really didn't think of it.
  : When we arrived, there was a musty smell when you first walk in, not a clean welcoming smell. We noticed a dirty wash cloth hanging on the showerhead - ewe. When we went to use the dishes they still either had dried food on them or were put away wet and had that musty smell.
