  : I got fleas from staying here I have hundreds of bug bites all over my body. Also there was glass all around the property and could have cut my dogs paws. And wish there was gates for the dogs as well. And the no WiFi was a real bummer.

  : The proximity to the boardwalk is very close, you only need to cross one major street. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. Also there was ample parking for our truck this year. This is our second stay with this provider. These are the only real pros to this trip.
  : As soon as we entered we noticed a small air conditioning unit for the entire studio. This unit was old and barely producing cold air on max. We were forced to buy a fan to make the trip semi-comfortable. The door knob to the bathroom fell off and so did the toilet seat. Neither were fixed our entire 8 day trip although we called and notified staff as soon as we arrived. The toaster and microwave were rusted. The sink in the restroom became clogged as soon as we went to use it. This also was never fixed and we had to snake it ourselves with a hanger. The bedding was gross and had stains everywhere, thank goodness we brought our own bedding, which they do say to do, but I wasnt expecting theirs to be filthy. The fridge is a joke. It can not keep anything cold so don't waste your time with buying anything that needs refrigeration. Will all of these cons I recommend paying the $200 or slightly more to stay in a different location on the actual boardwalk as that is all we really saved staying here.

  : The location was very outdated and the bathroom was tiny. Sharing 1 restroom and 1 shower with 5 people was also not very convenient.

  : LOCATION! Very convenient for beach access especially with parking.Kitchen - we were looking for a place that we could cook full meals (not just a hotel microwave) and this fit the bill!
  : Its low frills so I think just have that expectation and youre fine :) No WiFi.

  : They were very friendly staff and accommodating to us. We had another trip paid for and they cancelled on us as were heading down due to bedbugs. We were scrambling to find something and found this place.
  : There were a ton of ants! The place was clean but the ants were everywhere! The only other complaint I have is that the booking said one bunk bed and a full size bed but we were given 2 full size beds and a pull out couch that was not comfy. No washer/dryer either.
