  : The staff was very friendly and the coffee was always hot and tasted great. Wished they had more items to choose from. No problem finding parking.
  : The room smelled awful!!! It smelled so musty!!! The carpet was coming loose and pulling up from the floor. My husband tripped over it and almost fell. The carpet was filthy. I never walked on it in bare feet. When we first got there the one bed you could see the sheets had never been changed and the bedspread had dark stains over it. Bathtub/ shower had dark long hairs through out the tub. We were on the first floor facing the pool which we did not use the balcony because up until 9 pm you would be staring at people sitting directly in front of you and they would stare back at you, so you also had to keep your drapes shut at all times also!

  : The night staff was good and 2 day maids. There were 5 of us in the room, so we requested lots of toilet paper and towels and they were great about it! The location was great. The pool area and restaurant was great.
  : The day staff in the front were not very hospitable. I arrived early and asked if there was early check in. I was told no. Fine. But all week I watched other people be able to check in early. Our room was the last one cleaned and when we got in there it was not very clean at all. The refrigerator was broken. The carpet not vacuumed well. Beds not made well and a stain on the duvet cover. The 1 elevator had a broken sensor so sometimes it just sat open. Very dangerous for my child. Breakfast was good but there was always alot staff in the way getting food or coffee for themselves. I also witnessed a family arrive 2 minutes late for breakfast and was told it's too late. It's time for the staff to eat. The downstairs bathroom was always out of order during breakfast, but we witnessed workers using it. Pool towels were only filled every other day. For the cost, it was very disappointing.

  : I don't know where to begin. Fithly halls, outside cigarettes all over, cigarette butt in my room. Toenail clipping on the floor. Smelled bad. Front desk could not find towels. The front desk staff sat around the lounge area talking about Uber eats orders and complaining about everything. The maid on the 3rd floor when I asked where I can put a bag of trash said go to the 1st floor and ask the maid there...I've traveled to so many hotels, I was on a budget this year, I will never under budget for hotel accommodations again. It actually made out trip worse. We hated coming back to this place. Right when you walked into the lobby the staff was out smoking. Cigarette buts in a big garden area with just dirt and garbage. Awful place to rest.
