  : It was filthy. Door missing on the closet. The cabinet where the trash cans should have been was a mess. The master bed was terrible, it was broken and the frame was bent. The ice dispenser didnt work. The coffee maker was a joke. The only button that worked on the microwave was the 30 second button. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms. No TVs in the other bedrooms. Vacuum cleaner would spit out the dirt everywhere. Pictures where very deceiving. The washer smelled terrible, not to mention the towels. Very disappointed, especially what you have to pay.

  : This is a really nice unit with plenty of room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice gas fireplace, nice balconies, a garage, TV and internet service, and laundry machines. Everything worked as it should. Close to beach, bay, boardwalk and attractions.
  : Its sad that the unit is not well maintained or very clean. There was mold on the ceiling of the master bath shower and under the door, as well as in the hall shower. The floors were grimy, sticky and gritty. We bought cleaning supplies and a mop just to make it comfortably clean. Several of the bed comforters/quilts needed to be washed. There was actually trash (snack wrappers, medicine wrappers, a used tissue) in and under the living area couch and beds. Every floor mat in the bathrooms and kitchen was so dirty we rolled them up and put them away in the cabinets. It appears that the cleaning staff just wiped down main surfaces. The owner would not give us the garage opener code so we couldnt use it without having someone walk around the whole building to open it from the inside, so we mainly used street parking. Most of the windows were unlocked when we arrived.
