  : Location and parking! Was nice view. Had elevator which was nice.
  : Dirty, carpets need cleaning. Cigars on the porch. Bench on porch broken. Not upkept, screen sliding doors broken. Blinds broken. No screen in front door. Light above table didn't work.

  : Location was great! Short walk to the beach. Awesome parking and appreciated having two spaces.
  : When we arrived, the screen door was missing a screen, the sheets felt a bit like sandpaper, several blinds were missing and they didn't open and close well, there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors.

  : Easy access to the beach. Easy parking, walking distance to restaurants. Nice balconyView. Decor was nice. Living room kitchen and dining area was spacious. The elevator was a nice feature. Water pressure was good. Main bathroom was nice.
  : Outside faucet to clean off sandy feet was broken. Main bathroom didn’t drain water well. All closets were messy & unorganized. Closet doors were in danger of falling off the hinges. Screen door bottom was missing. Lots of loose hairs everywhere (dog?) Food on floor under kitchen table. Hole in a bedroom door. Loose doorknob in bedroom. Bedroom tv out dated. Bedroom curtains were bad. Sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close. Husband had to fix broke toilet and bathroom doorknob. You need to get a better cleaning crew between renters.
