: Location
: That when I came in one night, & only my apartment the power was out. Called the emergency number. I was talked to like I was dumb and didnt trip the breaker. I wasnt even there I was out. Could give me no direction on what to do about it. 11pm at night they tell me someone would be out FIRST THING @9am!! thats 10 hours from then with a dog in the apartment & food as well. I hung up & found the main breaker myself & took care of with no guidance or direction on how to get it back.

: Location, washer and dryer, nice and quiet, air conditioning worked great.
: No door mat at entrance, need new toilet seat, towel rack falling off bathroom wall, drapes on sliding door are difficult to open.....apartment needs a paint job and porch light wouldn't come on. Need new frying pans.

: Pick up was easy! Everything was available in the drop box and it was a contactless exchange for pick up and drop off.
: There was trash left on the bathroom sink. The sweeper canister was full to the max. The facilities were older and outdated. There was thick dust on the wall decor. A fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning would make a huge difference.

: Condo needs updating.........especially the kitchen. I am upset because I saw a roach in the kitchen and I called Holiday Real Estate. I was directed to the maintenance supervisor. He called me and promised to send an exterminator. He did not send an exterminator nor did he call me back. Holiday should have followed up with the maintenance supervisor to see that action was taken......not acceptable.........no one wants to see roaches while on their vacation.
