  : I arrived at the property very late and exhausted considering I had just finished a 12 hour shift. I fell asleep as soon as I walked in the door. I woke up very early around 5 am to find everything wrong with my stay. The toilet didn’t flush. The bath tub was chipped, I actually cut my foot while standing in the shower. The front door barely closed. The property smelled like mildew. The couch in the apartment was filthy. I mentioned some of my concerns to the staff who didn’t seem too interested in listening to the inconvenience of my stay at all. I didn’t get to finish telling him all that was wrong with my stay before he quickly responded “NO REFUNDS”. In fact, while I was explaining my complaints, another guest standing beside me mentioned his stay with Southern Comfort was not well either. He stated there was a bloody band aid in his daughters bed when they first arrived. The staff was not interested in his complaint either. I had a terrible terrible stay and I wish I could’ve gotten my money back.

  : Place was awful, looked like it was out of an 80s horror movie. Don’t waste your time or money. Place is cheap looking and run down. No air or even toilet paper..... there was also dog crap outside the door and on the lawn. Pretty awful.

  : The location and the price wasn’t too bad
  : The place was not cleaned very well. Crumbs under the beds. Queen size bed definitely had bed bugs, I got bit up all on my legs and my wrists, ended up sleeping the car the last 2 nights. Bathroom windows had molding on the wood.

  : The pull out bed was broken. There wasn't a coffee maker like it said there was. There were piss ants everywhere..and there was no tv.

  : We had to cook and when u get to location there's no office have to drive 40 some blocks backwards to get key code to get in ...they don't tell u that...a
  : When we booked there site deserves u.. we got one bedroom with one bed was To be two beds and to two fold out beds nope didn't work that way ...

  : What I like about this property.....location.......and that was about it ......we had an 1 bedroom apartment and no one slept in the bedroom
  : Sleeping was not comfortable at all........it needs some work....

  : The place was not clean at all stains in the sick and toilet. The shower curtain was dirty and the bed sheets were not properly washed or cleaned. The dishes, pots and pans and silverware were old and unusable.
