  : No TV, no coffee or cups (did have a coffee pot). He assured me everything would be done when I returned 90 minutes later, it was I just do not want to be charged for a missing TV.

  : The beds were very comfortable, the unit was very spacious and private. The location was very convenient as well.
  : My husband slipped and fell in their shower, there was no on site manager, and the employee on duty showed zero empathy. The whole unit (3 bedroom) was pretty dingy. The provided dishes were sketchy at best. We washed them before and after using them. "Randy wuz here" was carved into the TV stand in the living room area. Towels are only replaced if you take them to the front desk, and housekeeping is only done after your 3rd night there. A lot of the furnishings are from Ikea, like the dining table and chairs, light fixtures, bed frames. The walls are really thin, so neighbor noise from downstairs was an issue. People stand around talking in the parking lot at all hours, even though quiet hours are supposed to be 10pm to 8am.
