: The shower door needs to be re-configured. Unable to turn on and warm up the water without getting in first. Also, the shower door does not seal—water escapes onto floor. The bathroom needs a vanity table for toiletries.

: We had stayed at the Inn before on Washington in Ocean Springs and it was delightful. This time we were at a house they are leasing on Bowen and it was not really very good, especially considering that we were paying $200 a night. The staff tried to make it work for us, especially Tyler who came over to help, but the Magnolia Suite is really not ready for prime time.
: No temperature control in our unit, so we froze to death and huddled under blankets. Bathroom lighting inadequate and the cold water tap on the sink was loose and water spewed all over. A mini refrigerator was provided, but no ice or ice trays so we had to go to a store and buy a bag of ice. No instructions for the TV's and we never were able to get the one in the bedroom to work properly.
