  : Worst customer service in the USA! I have traveled all over the US, this is the worst I have ever experienced . I will never stay at any Days Inn after he was so rude. At the check in I was told to “leave, just go” because I said I have to have a ground floor since no elevator. The hotel is listed as wheelchair accessible, so I booked it one hour prior to arriving. After he snapped, I asked to cancel and refund me. He wouldn’t refund me, since I did the pay now with Booking. Told me I have to go through “them”. Immediately left and sent a message on Bookings. The reservation was cancelled. I also reached out to booking. The Days Inn agreed to wave the cancellation policy, but I have yet to be refunded. I have reached out multiple times to Bookings. The replies state they are working with them for the refund, but nothing yet. It has been a month. On a side note, I stayed at the Holiday Inn in the same town. It was super clean, safe, and staff were very friendly.
