  : the hotel will cancel your prepaid reservation and will pretend they dont know what happened. the truth is they advertise the lower rates but if you book them they will cancel it. The way around is to pay full rate or if they wre in a good mood, they let you book the discount BUT pay at the property AND NOT PREPAY. What a conundrum. Also for three days begging for housekeeping, still not hot clean sheets. computer still not connected to wifi

  : I ordered a room w a balcony, they did not put me in a balcony room. I asked and showed them the pic of the room online.

  : Staff was very friendly. Very accommodating.
  : The location was in a sketchy area. The parking lot looked trashed with broken pieces of pavement and junk scattered around it. First glance you would think the place was closed. Broken windows, torn up carpets. Doors paper thin you could easily force open. The bed sheets were wrinkled when we entered the room. The desk clerk had to walk us to our room because they didn't have any keys. Booking.com pictures were nothing like what we walked in to. The description said mini fridge and microwaves in the rooms but neither was there. I saw someone say they were renovating back in 2022 but it looks like they stopped. The broken window was too much..they could have easily fixed it. We did not stay. After getting to our room through a labyrinth of hallways I checked out. I still didn't get a full refund because the listing said no refunds but I feel we were misled by booking.com and want a full refund.

  : dont book anything to this hotel through booking.com. Priceline or Expedia. they do not honor it there when you show up even if you have confirmations. we booked in Feb along with most in my group for this event in June only to get there and realize they cancelled all of us and a ton more in lobby and parking lot left holding their bags. they Canceled everyones room last weekend who booked through those sites and tons of people a lot from out of state for the event had no room and no where to go within a 30 mile radius because all other hotels booked up months ago. we got a dirty room last minute that was a cancellation that we waited 4 hours to get sortaclean it and 8 of us had to share it because we had nothing else. crappy customer service. was told they cancelled contracts with all 3rd party booking services. this property shouldnt be on here anymore to book through. I love booking.com I hope you removed them from your listings.
