  : Truly a terrible hotel, should not be legal to operate a hotel like this in a developed nation. The bed was basically a futon mattress on a bedframe, both of which were probably 30 years or older. The floor was extremely uneven and the bed sloped down so severely that actually sleeping on it would have caused health issues. Because the bed was long enough for maybe a 5'6" person, I couldn't just flip around and sleep the other way. The door into the room was a sliding glass door looking out on the parking lot, which would have been fine if there was a large enough curtain to cover it. However, the curtain did not cover the entire glass door, meaning I had no privacy in the room. Furthermore, there was a literal swarm of mosquitoes within the room-- in approximately 15 minutes, I was covered in mosquito bites. Obviously I couldn't stay in this room, however there was no one at the front desk to talk to even though it was only about 9:30 when I arrived. So, I had to leave and stay somewhere else, despite already paying and not getting any kind of refund. This business is a disgrace and the owners should be ashamed of the product they're selling people.

  : Unfortunately, when we showed up the place was less than desirable. To the point I needed to cancel and find a new place to stay.

  : There was nothing that was pleasing about this establishment.
  : Everything could have been better. We ended up not even staying there as it was so unappealing. Everything from the main office looks extremely run down and there was garbage all over. A huge dumpster along with boxes, garbage and old furniture were all over the grounds and 10 or more full garbage cans. My wife felt unsafe and although we didn't stay long enough to see any we were expecting to see rats running around and didn't want to change sleeping in bedbugs. We tried being refunded for the 1 night we were booked for as we didn't stay and sent photos and explained why we didn't stay to Booking.com and they did nothing to help get us a refund even when the proprietor did not answer their calls or email inquiries. We took the photos seen here in a rush as we felt like we needed to leave ASAP but thought Booking.com would like them to help refund our money but again they did not.
