  : The breakfast was superb. The location & setting are beautiful. The simplicity of Modesta is charming & calming at the same time.
  : The rooms are quite small for 2 people, it was fine for us as we were staying only a couple of nights but if we were staying longer then I would have found it to small. The bed was very comfortable which is really important to me though so that was really appreciated. The air conditioning wasnt great though blowing air up into the ceiling rather than down onto the bed & wasnt cool enough, it was quite uncomfortable at night as it was very hot in the Algarve when were were there. A ceiling fan would have been beneficial to help move the air around. The shower room was well designed, simple, smart & most importantly clean! We would defiantly go back & we would recommend.

  : its quiet, well designed, a special vibe built with care, with a wonderful terrace with sea view, very comfortable and clean room, breakfast was great
  : difficult to identify sthg negative maybe the fact that I was there in winter and would have been happy to have a pair of slippers when I get out of the shower

  : The place was beautiful. Very quiet and serene. The hosts were wonderful and breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the reading hut and the hanging out on the property.
  : Not too much. We arrived when there was a photoshoot going on, so the property was a bit chaotic. But it was entertaining to watch! Other than that, our stay was pretty much perfect.

  : Great architectur with great attention to detail. Very lovely staff and fantastic breakfast.
  : We had to pay 30 per child per night additionally. This is way to much considering that we did not need any additonal bed and one child was to young to eat any breakfast.
