: The room was warm and clean +the location was good.
: There was problems with water (couldn't wash the toilet etc)+ no internet. And the NOISE! The beds and floor were cracking every time you moved and you could hear all the noise from the street (it doesn't help that there is a club/ bar under the apartment).

Poor

  : nice location
: the building was old and neglected. very old Windows - No soundproof. Noisy street. there was no hot water - when I informed the stuff bout it, I got a feedback that I should report it earlier, because at 8PM that cant do anything about that. Next day we got a new apartament (with extra fee) with warm water but there the flush was broken. we decide to ignore it because dont want to interact with stuff anymore. on top of it - I am after knee surgery and I booked an apartment on 1st floor because I knew I can walk few steps. but the new apartment we got was on the third floor and it was just mean of stuff to locate us there because they did have different apartments available.

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: good location medieval building in the old town
: constant smell from the toilet there was a problem to flush the toilet no warm water - solved after intervention the biggest problem was that one of the beds collapsed after a few minutes laying on it, so one person had to sleep on the floor. when we announced it in the morning after it happened, the woman responsible for contact was angry and blaming us. we saw that the bed had nails attached before, proving that the bed had already been broken before and poorly repaired.

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: Aesthetic, cozy style with vintage elements, nice bathroom, the dishes and shampoo were provided, overall, great apartment for two persons
: Blanket was a bit too narrow. Poor sound isolation, difficult to sleep because of all the noises from the other rooms. Check-out time could be later
