  : We stayed for a night while onward traveling. Food in the evening was exceptionally good, very well presented and excellent quality. We had the last room, this was road side so a bit noisy in the evening. Useful underground carpark

  : We were greeted warmly by Ursula. The public areas of the hotel were beautiful and the underground car park (which is free) is perfect. Our room was ok, the shower was fantastically powerful! The towels and bed linen were spotlessly clean. We very much enjoyed our breakfast, wonderful coffee, delicious cheeses, meats, yogurts, breads, pastries, preserves and fresh peaches. Not sure why other reviewers felt it was inadequate.
  : Our room was very tired with broken window blinds, alarm clock, grubby bathroom (can you buy limescale remover in Switzerland?). It all just felt a bit neglected which is a real shame because it has the potential to be great! The road outside is a little noisy but didnt bother us.

  : The room was very warm and stuffy. Airconditioning compressors from other rooms (ours didnt have it) were located right below our window, noisy and dumping heat so opening the window for some fresh air wasnt an option. Quite a lot of money for a very poor night sleepAll the fixtures were of very poor quality, and some had come apart.

  : Oke included breakfast and the mattress was good.
  : After a full day riding i specifically searched for a room with a bath. This one was above our budget but it had a bath to treat my girl to a small spa experience. So screw the budget, right? Coming there, there was no bath in the room and it was way too late to start searching for a new place.Instead of giving us a discount - what wouldve been the least thing they could have done to make up for our expectations and their own mistake - they gave us two beers and told us to come back next year and we will get our bath. As we told the people behind the reception, we were literally only passing through Switzerland to get to another country; how foolish can your counteroffer be?We wanted a comfortable situation, instead we got a bathroom without a bath, a super outdated shower that was not even close to be worthy of the pricetag, with visible fungus between the tiles on the wall.We skipped the shower part and decided to make due with our own dirty bodies. Let's get comfortable on the bed. So we thought. The pillows were so incredibly tiny that you either had to sit in an upward position with your back in a 90 angle or lay down with your head balancing on a tiny pillow or bend your neck in a 90 angle if you wanted a position in between. All options not very recommendable.What a joke.
