  : The overall property is beautiful with a gorgeous view and the location is perfectly situated! The resort is perfect for families as they have a ton of built in amenities for little ones; spacious pool and water slide, and activities on the lawn. We also enjoyed being able to rent bikes and ride into Palisades Village or towards Tahoe City on a safe bike path. It was conveniently located near Palisades Village to take the Tram, hiking, or a short drive into Tahoe City for the Lake and dining. They are also along the Truckee River which made it fun and easy to go tubing during the summer months.
  : The quality of the food could be better for type of clientele the resort attracts and it was quite expensive for basic meals. We only dined poolside and at the Pub. Stick to the basics like a burger or salad with protein and you'll be fine. We also had an issue with dirty sheets, which was not ideal. These are privately owned condos, which isn't really publicly advertised, so there's not a standard / uniform thread to service.

  : The rooms are loud as the walls are thin/connected units divided by a wooden door. If you have a wedding party or family with kids staying next to you, which you most likely will, plan on hearing their conversations through the wall.
