  : The location is perfect, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is full of choice and tastes delicious. Parking is free and the access is easy. The hotel has a lovely romantic atmosphere.
  : The hotel is undergoing a renovation with modern, contemporary style. But not all the rooms are finished yet. Our room was one of those. The shower was leaking, which was really disturbing during night. The furniture was a bit shabby. The bed was creaking.

  : I have stayed here before. It is in a perfect location at the heart pf the city and exudes both a period charm and an air of peaceful tranquilty. The rooms are lovely, if a tad small, mine came with a balcony. Breakfast is good and there is a superb restaurant

  : The bed was great.The breakfast was super !
  : Part of the building is underconstruction and not separeted at all from the rest of the rooms. So there is dust and construction objects everywhere.

  : Lack of facilities. The bathroom is obsolete and they dont even have a basic coffee machine or just some instant coffee in the room.

  : We liked the dinning area and the food. We like the location and the big window, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure, we had dental kit and shower cap and good towels.
  : The headboard was dirty, all 3 chairs were visibly stained, the shower had rust, the room door was damaged and made us feel unsafe, the furniture looked old and unkept, the walls were unpleasant to view, one bed lamp wasn't working, the curtains couldn't be shut. The curtain road was ripped, the TV channels manual was out of date, stuff didn't address it and all our concerns were mentioned to the reception but they were ignored. The microwave in the breakfast area was dirty for days. The stairs the place was in repairs and there wasn't any guidance or health and safety guidelines, the construction staff were smoking in the building. There was receptionist were able to speak english too but lreffered to ignore my non romanian speaking husband or kitchen staff and it was unwelcoming for non Romanian speakers.Not worthy for the money, not a 4 star hotel

  : Hello, I would like to make a complaint about my stay at the Astoria hotel in Oradea. The hotel does not meet 4 Star standards. The elevator in the hotel kept breaking down, the room was not cleaned for three days, only the towels were replaced. In addition, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which was very dusty and very annoying. I was not informed about this and I was there with a 6-month-old baby. the room was full of dust and fungus in the bathroom ventilation grille. There was a damp feeling in the room
