: Great setup for family getaway, pool, dock, nice porch. Furniture is new, not what shows in pictures. Plenty of parking for cars and boat trailer. Easy access to the gulf. Location is super convenient for beaches, groceries, gas.
: We couldn’t get in the first day until after 5. Office where we got the keys was very busy, nobody got keys until after 5, and of the four women working there, only one had a mask on and she wasn’t dealing with customers. There is plexiglass to separate though. The cleaners showed up, no masks, at 4:15 and I’m not sure how clean two people could make it in 30 min. We cleaned when we got there to make sure it was disinfected. Second bathroom is very small, there is a third on ground level in garage area but lighting is so bad you really can’t see in there. No extra blankets so bring your own if you are planning on using the sofa bed. Beds are very firm, fine with me but the rest of our group didn’t care for that. Also could use outdoor lighting for night, nothing on steps or by pool or dock.

: The location is exceptional and the property has a pool and boat slips. If you have a boat the slip is on a canal close to the pass and fishing/leisure activities.
: Provisions need to be made so that you don't have to drive to the real estate office to pick up a packet containing keys and once again to return the packet. If everything is paid already this shouldn't be a requirement. Also, the cleaning fee was very high at $150 for each night I was there in addition to the more than $500 per night for the rental. Ironically, the fee caused me to notice hairs in the shower and other cleaning failures which I would've normally overlooked but for that much I expect extremely clean and if you use the "extra precautions due to covid excuse," I would simply point our the hairs as evidence I didn't get what I paid for. The WIFI didn't work and I had to locate it and plug it in and randomly choose providers until I got the correct one since no instructions were left.
