  : The realty co handling the condo disarmed the code given to us the day before when we checked in. According to the locksmith who came out to try to fix it after my parents who are 78 & 80 sat outside in the heat for over an hour in the middle of August. According to him someone at the realtor co had put in the wrong check out date & changed the code electronicaly. Also there were no outside bathrooms for them to use not even around the pool . I asked a tenant who lives there who claimed he was the president of the HO if there were any bathrooms & he told me no knowing my parents had been sitting outside due to the code not working. My parents were hot & soaking wet with sweat after sitting out there that long. Maintenance man from realtor co came out & he couldn't figure it out either that is when locksmith was called. He finally got us in & gave us a key instead of code & told us to give it to locksmith & then locksmith told us we would have to take it back to realtor co in W Gulf Shores before we left. I talk to realtor co about making some kind of amendment for us when I took key back on our way out & was told that the lady I needed to talk to was not in but would talk to her a get back with me. Never heard from her. I then sent a message to them through email & got email back that day saying that they would talk to manager & still to this day I have not heard from them . I even sent the pictures of my parents sitting out in the heat in front of the condo

  : I liked that it was right in the beach I liked that the kitchen had all necessary cookware. Everything you could possibly need to make a meal was there. I liked that they gave us starter toilet paper shampoo soap etc samples for the bathrooms and soap for kitchen laundry etc... There was plenty of seating for family/kids I liked that there were beach chairs available if we wanted to use them The laundry room was nice and big
  : The AC wouldn’t cool above 75 The fridge froze all our food even though it was set on the recommended temp and we did not mess with it this was probably the most frustrating problem because we lost a lot of money in food due to it being frozen which in turn made us have to eat out more which cost even more money It was disappointing that there were no bathrooms at the pool The check in time says 3-5 which should mean you can check in any time between 3-5 .... but after we got here we were told we couldn’t check in till 5... one of the reasons I picked this condo over others was because we could check in at 3 the Bender worked said “that’s just a time range to allow for cleaning”.... well it didn’t say that anywhere in any of the info emailed to me or on the website... I didn’t like that you had to drive the opposite direction totally out of the way to get an envelope of papers with door code and rules when all that could’ve been emailed or sent by txt We probably won’t stay at this location again
