  : Staff was rude and we were checked in over an hour late. Rooms were nice and spacious, but bathrooms were not cleaned prior to arrival and carpets were not vacuumed. Kitchen cabinets had sticky on them and the apartment smelled musty and not clean. Most of the beach chairs for use were broken, and none of the umbrellas were in working condition. When the outside closet was opened, multiple large water bugs came running out. Location was convenient for parents with children. Short walk to the beach. Overall, disappointed with our stay for the price we paid.

  : Everything was to old! Need to update the whole apartment, the building,the Jacuzzi was dirty or I’m not sure if it was mold I don’t know what it was they didn’t feel like going in it the couches are too old when you sit down you go all the way down need to update for sure. I’m not staying there again!

  : More secluded from the party life. Peaceful and quiet. We checked in and the ladies were very nice and the room was still being cleaned. Nice full kitchen. The landscaping and boardwalk were very well maintained. Public restrooms were always clean. Have stayed at Phoenix East II many times before nice area.
  : Main balcony window was completely hazed up so when you walk in the door or are sitting on the couch you couldn’t see the beach. Main reason for a beachfront condo is to enjoy the view. After being called when the room was ready we went back to the front desk to get our room code and the gentlemen who assisted us said we didn’t have a reservation and was not very polite until he figured out the situation. Hole on the dryer door, you can tell they have tried to cover up and failed to do. Balcony furniture was very weather checked and the lounge chair was broke.
