: All the amenities are excellent, the staff were very nice, and didn't have any problem with the other guests. Overall it was a great place for our stay.
: Requested a different coffee maker because neither of the ones there were working. Didn't end up getting one in exchange but it's no biggie.

: Location and beach view were excellent. Room was functional and comfortable. Balcony view and furniture was solid!Facilities pretty well kept for an older property.
: I was a fiasco trying to get the code to work on the door lock. Staff didn't know desk number. No answer on 3 help lines in brochure. Apparently codes only work on top of the hour resets? be nice to know before you drag all your sheet out in the heat and be left standing at the door like vagrants...Only 1 already opened roll of TP provided for 3 adults for 3 day stay. Good thing we always travel with WW's. Prices and fees are pretty unreasonable but it is beachfront. lagoons on the beach stunk but may have been from storm damage?

: The fact of how much the cleaning fee and fees were. Also the fact with what I paid I could of at least had a warm shower instead of luke warm. I have hotter water at home. You also can’t reach anybody at the property tried to call 5 times.

: Our hall toilet was messed up and wouldn’t work properly. I had to call multiple times and it took over 24 hours for someone to come in and fix it. which made it extremely difficult with one bathroom for 6 girls.
