  : given the wrong code for entering twice! towel bar off the wall, baseboards extremely chipped, faucets & sink drain rusted, mirror discolored in bathroom, sliding door difficult to open from outside, balcony furniture dirty, elevator didn’t work for a few days, toilet ran constantly first night, no hair dryer when specifically said one provided.

  : Location was great! Close to restaurants.
  : Person in our party lost their wallet and we couldn’t get the manager to check their safe to see if it belonged to our friend until Monday. Had to wait all weekend!

  : Keyless entry. Guard at the front gate. Updated kitchen and dining/chandelier. The view was spectacular. Very nice patio overlooking the beach and pool. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of linens. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils. The cooler bag by Vacasa what is a great touch and we used it all the time. The unit was very functional and comfortable.
  : The inside of the elevator needs a complete update. Doesn't give a good first impression. The living furniture and bedroom furniture could use an update. As well as the bathrooms. Advise the cleaning crew to place the items with unit numbers at the bottom of the bed instead of the top. The kitchen counter had some dry coffee stains which we cleaned up.
